Meet Jacqueline

I’m Jacqueline Sevenstar, a professional Tarot and Lenormand reader, teacher, and author. I’ve been reading Tarot for more than sixteen years, and after all that time, I’m still fascinated and still very much in love.

 

My relationship with Tarot has changed over the years. I’ve studied the occult, divination, symbolism, elemental systems, and spiritual traditions extensively, and I’ve held different ideas about what might be happening when we lay cards on a table. These days, I’m comfortable leaving some of those questions unanswered. I don’t need to tell you why Tarot works in order to sit across from you, read the cards well, and explore what they have to say.

That sense of exploration is an important part of how I read. I take the craft seriously, but I don’t believe every reading needs to feel solemn or profound. Sometimes we’re examining a major crossroads; sometimes we’re trying to figure out what on earth is happening with a job, a relationship, or a situation that makes absolutely no sense. I welcome all discoveries and questions.

What I love most about reading Tarot is what happens when two people sit down with a set of cards between them and begin to look. Your life, your questions, and your circumstances have my full attention. No two readings are quite the same because no two people bring the same life to the table. That is what has kept this work interesting to me for more than sixteen years—and why I still genuinely look forward to meeting the person on the other side of the cards and discovering what we might find together.

My study of Tarot also extends into my writing and teaching. My book, Using Tarot to Transform Your Life, explores Tarot as a practical framework for self-examination and meaningful change. My upcoming book, Using the Elements to Awaken the Divine Within, draws from years of study and work with the classical elements and explores another enduring symbolic system for understanding ourselves and our experience of being human.
