The World + Queen of Pentacles + Page of Pentacles

Let’s continue, shall we?
I believe Tarot is a Key to unlock certain doors in the unconscious of the Self as well as a Stargate in the vast field of limitless possibility. You, as a soul in a body on Earth in this lifetime have so many experiences. What is incredible about the Tarot is that its 72 cards can represent so many of those experiences and help you navigate them. My intent with these specific tarot combinations is that your Soul receives a specific combination lock to a specific door and experience. Once you have this key code and walk through this door, your Soul can integrate and advance on this Fool’s Journey to freedom, divinity and truth. Once you receive this code, no one can take it away from you, it is yours to keep.
If you’ve found this combination, it was meant to find you and you’re right on time.
Overall Impressions & Insights on this Combination Key :
On first appearance of the progression of these three cards it almost seems like going backwards, but how can that be with the appearance of “The World” Major Arcana? The World is at the end, yet is it also the beginning I wonder? Is it both? Then, my eye moves to the Queen of Pentacles and I see the symbol for Caput Draconis on the Queen’s Crown, which typically represents the Dragon’s Head of the Dragon eating its tail. The Ouroboros. To be at the end of a cycle, yet also at it’s beginning… Does it matter whether we are at the end or the beginning? What if there was a completion stage for the Soul where a realization takes place that in this human experience, the present was both the beginning and the end? We realize, innately, that our Souls are limitless. Timeless. Infinite.
If we are neither at the end, or the beginning, but merely present, that makes me feel like anything is possible at any given moment. The dragon eating its tail forms a circle, like the circle around the woman in the “World” card. A circle is whole, it is a world or planet of its own. Presumably, the nude woman in the circle is the center of her own world, her own universe. She holds two white rods, which on first thought, makes me think of purity, innocence and balance. Rods also make me think of ceremony, specifically royal ceremony where rods are meant to be a symbol of authority and sovereignty. The woman in “The World” card to me feels like she’s at a ceremony, or celebration, the circle that surrounds her appears like a laurel wreath, wrapped around her body is a blue sash and she’s holding two rods. With all these images combined, she is to be celebrated because she is whole, she is pure, she is sovereign, she is an authority and she is centered. Ok, sidenote, how awesome is it that it is a nude woman that is a representation of this ‘whole’ concept?
The two red ribbons on the top and bottom of the laurel wreath form an ‘x’ or a cross. Red has many associations (love, passion, authority, royalty) and ‘x’ makes me think of the phrase ‘x marks the spot.’ This ‘x’ is where the treasure will be found, x is the unknown at this point in time or the secret in the mathematical equation or future destination or point in time. Staring and thinking about all these symbols, the phrase “The Royal Secret” keeps haunting my brain. I am royalty. I stand at the center of the universe. I am at a constant brink of the unknown and I can go anywhere or do anything. I am Spirit. I am the Fifth Element and from this presence, I will create. I will choose a possibility from the limitless possibility, because I have that power - that right as a sovereign being.
Finally, the last thing I’ll say about this cards is that I see “XXI” at the top, which in roman numeral is 21, which adds to 3. 3 often is touted as the number of creation. Of Divinity. Ha! Also as I am writing this, I noticed that at the top of my journal page, I noted that it is 3:33pm at the time I began writing my insights about this particular Tarot Combination Key.
So, how do we contend with the Queen of Pentacles and the Page of Pentacles coming after such a powerful card? Firstly, I marvel at my Tarot journey where “The World” card from a divination standpoint meant to me a celebration, completion, or a final stage of some kind. A graduation, if you will. Now, today knowing what I know in the Occult and Esoteric Wisdom and from my own journey, I will never look at this card the same. I am changed irrevocably. I have a freedom of thought and a powerful belief in my own power of creation and from here all manner of things can be born at any time.
So again… what is this “Queen of Pentacles” and “Page of Pentacles?” My first observation is that they are both pentacles, representing Earth energy (the physical body, finances, material reality, manifestation, work, creative power). The “Queen of Pentacles” my eye again is drawn to the crown, with the symbol of the North Node, the ‘head of the dragon.’ What I know of the North Node is in astrology, a symbol that represents the Soul’s True Desire. The direction of “North” I personally know to represent Earth. Next, I notice the red robe the Queen is wearing. Like the red ribbon around the laurel wreath in “The World” card, red makes me think of love, passion and desire. Now, together the North Node (the Soul’s True Desire) and the red of the robe which can also denote passion, it tells me this particular Queen in this Tarot Combination Key is tuned into her Soul’s True Desire. She follows her North Star and her passions.
Combining this Queen of Pentacles with The World card I wonder if it is a call for the Soul, now reaching a state of ‘wholeness,’ knowing the ‘Royal Secret’ and knowing its limitless power of creation, naturally the Soul’s next step could be to direct that energy in a particular direction. With this Queen of Pentacles, the ‘next step’ or the ‘hint’ of this card could be telling us to choose a path of love, passion and true desire. I recall in my first post in this series The Queen of Pentacles embodies prosperity, she IS prosperity. She is fertile possibility and new beginnings. The Queen is also feminine, which to me has always represented receptivity. This Queen being of Earth and material reality, I would draw conclusions that it is also a call to the Soul to be sure to allow proper time and space in nature, or at the very least time for deep listening so that we can receive the wisdom of the Higher Self, of the Holy Mother or Universe itself. From this place we can receive or uncover our Soul’s unique Self or true desires. Perhaps, as well, embodying and being our most authentic self, in our most natural state, we will receive what is the true desire for our soul without having to do anything at all. I feel it important to stress how necessary it is for the human soul to have adequate rest time to achieve a state of peace and equilibrium, to feel deep within our Soul our wholeness, to simply receive. To take time to remember, to know in your heart with full trust and faith that what is meant to be yours, will be yours, no matter what.
With these powerful ideas of The World and the Queen of Pentacles, what part does our Page of Pentacles play? At a quick glance, he looks to me an estate manager, standing in the valley, on the property, holding the coin, gift or reward for his role. In big picture terms, the page could be a ‘property manager’ of the Earth, his ‘boss’ is Mother Earth herself and he assists and manages the land and its tenants. He is rewarded for his work, for his labor. He is not he Queen or the King, who rule from their thrones and own the land. He is their page boy. However, he aspires to his own Kingship, his own land in which to call his own and rule. It is challenging almost to consider one a Page when we know what we know of The World card. However, if this is our first time understanding our wholeness, our powers of creation and we allow and receive our passions and true desires, presumably now we could know what ‘work’ we would want to do. We would work with passion and love, which is indeed a happy beginning with an auspicious future. We are now designing and creating our material reality from a place of love, passion and authenticity. Yet… we understand our wholeness without effort.
We remember the wisdom of last week’s post that ‘just being’ is enough. Perhaps this turn of the wheel, armed with receptivity, passion and authenticity, it will be much easier, much more natural and certainly, that much more joyful. However, with our Page of Pentacles here, we are reminded we have a role to play on this circle of life, it is time for our Souls to step into our unique role. There is work to do. So...get to work and have some fun while you’re at it!
